Cowboyology features eleven original poems and three songs by Robert Beene. Robert's poetry has been included in the book The Big Roundup, by cowboypoetry.com and American Western Magazine. Robert was raised in various parts of Oklahoma. He has worked on ranches in Oklahoma and Nebraska. He also rode bulls in rodeos in Kansas, Oklahoma, Texas and Europe. He has always been a cowboy, and his poetry and lyrics reflect expeiences he has had that everyone can relate to. Robert is a proud member of Cowboys for Christ and The Academy of Western Artists.
